◼️ Hiring: Intermediate IT Business Analyst | Ontario (Hybrid) ◼️

🔳 Stafingo is currently hiring an Intermediate IT Business Analyst for a confidential healthcare public sector client in Ontario.

◼️ Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
◼️ Duration: 6 months + extension
◼️ Compensation: $65–$85/hr (depending on skills and experience)
◼️ Start: April 27th, 2026

◼️ What we are looking for:
◼️ 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
◼️ Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and data modelling
◼️ Experience with BRDs, use cases, and traceability matrices
◼️ Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
◼️ Exposure to RFPs, SOWs, and procurement processes

🔳 Nice to have: Public sector or healthcare experience in Ontario
