We’re hiring an Intermediate GenAI Engineer to join a growing AI Centre of Excellence that’s building intelligent AI assistants, autonomous agents, and production-grade Generative AI applications for one of Canada’s largest retail organizations.
📍 North York, ON (Hybrid – just 1 day/month in office)
💰 Up to $70/hour (INC)
📅 12-Month Contract
What You’ll Be Working With
✅ Python & FastAPI
✅ Production LLM Applications
✅ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
✅ Agentic AI & AI Agents
✅ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
✅ Docker & Kubernetes (GKE)
✅ PostgreSQL / pgvector
✅ Vector Databases & Semantic Search
We’re Looking For
3+ years building production Generative AI / LLM applications
4+ years of backend software engineering with Python
Experience deploying scalable AI systems using RAG, FastAPI, and Google Cloud
Passion for building real-world AI solutions that automate business workflows and create measurable impact
⭐ Bonus experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, or Multi-Agent Systems.
