Intermediate Dedicated Scrum Master (Contract)
Remote with on-site meetings – Edmonton, AB

NORAMTEC is seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master to support a public-sector client on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams led by Product Owners across the full Agile lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos)
Coach teams in Agile principles, estimation, sprint commitments, and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and support successful sprint delivery
Act as liaison between client, Product Owner, and delivery teams
Maintain Agile artifacts and delivery metrics (backlogs, burndown, velocity)
Support release planning, roadmaps, and reporting
Participate in digital service delivery, including user research and usability testing

Must Have
Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
5+ years in Agile development environments
4+ years facilitating Agile ceremonies
2+ years coaching Agile teams
2+ years using Agile backlog tools
2+ years public-sector experience
Experience with UX/service design teams
Experience delivering virtual training (e.g., MS Teams)
