🎯 What They’re Looking For
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Hands-on exposure to Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery initiatives
Experience with application modernization, web rebuilds, or cloud migration projects
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and organizational risk
Exceptional communication — written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing
Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
🧭 What You’ll Be Doing
Gather and document BC/DR requirements across business units
Support the development and improvement of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans
Partner with technical teams on modernizing legacy web applications
Conduct impact assessments and support risk analysis activities
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Build workflows, documentation, and executive-ready presentations
Work closely with PMs and technical leads to ensure successful delivery
