URGENT Contract Opportunity – Intermediate Business Analyst (BC/DR + App Modernization) 🔥
📍 Downtown Toronto – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

We’re supporting a key client on a critical backfill and are looking for an exceptional Intermediate Business Analyst to jump in and support major Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Application Modernization initiatives.

What you’ll do:
✔️ Gather, analyze, and document requirements for BC/DR initiatives
✔️ Support the build and enhancement of BCP & DRP plans
✔️ Drive modernization of legacy web applications into cloud-based architectures
✔️ Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and readiness reviews
✔️ Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
✔️ Partner with technical teams and leadership to deliver key milestones
✔️ Prepare documentation, workflows, and presentations for executive decision-making
What you bring:
✨ 4+ years as a Business Analyst
✨ Hands-on BC/DR project experience
✨ Background in cloud or application modernization projects
✨ Strong communication — polished, professional, and confident
✨ Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✨ Experience in education sector = bonus (not required)
