🚀 We’re Hiring: Interaction Designer | Toronto

Are you an experienced Interaction/UX Designer passionate about creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences? We’re looking for a strong designer to join a leading banking team in Downtown Toronto.

📍 Location: Toronto Downtown
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid
📅 Duration: 12 months with strong potential for extension or conversion
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

🔑 Must-Have Skills
5+ years of Interaction/UX Design experience
Strong Figma experience with wireframing and prototyping
Experience across interaction, visual, content and research design
Strong user research and usability testing experience
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA and Confluence

⭐ Nice-to-Have
Banking/financial services experience
Accessibility and inclusive design knowledge
Workshop facilitation and design thinking experience
Experience with Mural or UserTesting.com
English & Spanish bilingual proficiency

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient and strategic designer who can lead design initiatives, collaborate with product and technology teams, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and translate complex business and customer needs into impactful digital experiences.
