Contract Opportunity: Instructional Designer (SAP) – Remote (Halifax Preferred)
Duration: 2 months (with strong potential for extension)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who has worked extensively with SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, and SAP Enable Now (or similar tools). This is a remote role, but preference will be given to those located in Halifax, NS for potential in-person team sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop training materials and content for SAP S/4 HANA & FIORI environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-friendly learning experiences across SAP modules.
Leverage digital adoption tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now) to enhance learning delivery.
Produce high-quality documentation and ensure clarity across training programs.
Adapt quickly to project demands and contribute independently within remote teams.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as an Instructional Designer on large-scale ERP projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, FIORI, and one or more SAP modules:
FICO, FM, PS, P2P, Ariba Buying, EAM (AM & PM)
Proficient with SAP Enable Now or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working remotely and using Microsoft Teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience creating eLearning, video, and self-paced training materials.
Background working on public sector or government SAP projects.
Flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
