Our award-winning Learning & Performance team at Canada Life is looking for a passionate Instructional Designer to join us for a 6-month temporary role!

If you’re someone who thrives on designing impactful learning experiences, collaborating with amazing people, and supporting meaningful work – this is a place for you. This role reports directly to me, under a wider exec leadership of Carey Franklin-McInnes.
You’ll focus on supporting our enterprise learning portfolio; think power/human skills and rewarding projects to help our employees and leaders thrive 😊 Previous experience designing learning solutions (for example eLearning, videos, guides, etc.) is required.
