Infrastructure Team Lead – Hands-On | North York, ON (Hybrid)
We’re hiring a hands-on Infrastructure Team Lead to drive full-stack IT infrastructure forward! This net-new role offers the chance to lead day-to-day technical operations while mentoring a small team and working directly on projects like network upgrades, data center transitions, and infrastructure builds.
What You’ll Do:
Lead 70% hands-on delivery across servers, storage, networking, OS, middleware, and on-prem identity.
Provide team guidance and operational oversight (30% leadership).
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, architects, and security teams.
Remove bottlenecks and help shape infrastructure strategy while keeping the platform running smoothly.
Who You Are:
7+ years in infrastructure operations or systems engineering.
Experience with Active Directory, cloud (Azure/AWS), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and full-stack infrastructure.
Enjoy a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities.
Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (2–3 days in-office, more during onboarding).
