Manager, Incident Response (Contract → Permanent)
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1 day onsite)
💰 Salary: $120K–$150K + bonus (upon conversion)
💼 Contract Rate: $60–$65/hr
We’re hiring a hands-on Incident Response Leader to take charge of major incidents across a large-scale, always-on environment. If you thrive under pressure and can lead teams through critical events—this is your role.
What You’ll Do:
Lead major incident response end-to-end (escalation, comms, resolution)
Manage and mentor a team of 7–10 professionals
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
Drive RCA, reporting, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
7+ years in Incident Management / IT Operations
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Experience in retail or large enterprise (24/7 environments)
ServiceNow / ITIL experience preferred
