Are you an IFRS expert with a passion for guiding enterprise adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards? We are looking for a skilled professional to support a leading financial institution in interpreting and implementing evolving accounting standards.

🔹 Position: IFRS Expert (12-month contract)
📍 Location: Mississauga (On-site)
📅 Duration: 12 months (Potential for extension or permanent placement)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Act as an IFRS subject matter expert (derivatives, securitization, hedge accounting)

✅ Lead business process design & mapping
✅ Analyze & document business requirements
✅ Develop & recommend performance measurement processes
✅ Support UAT, testing & implementation plans
✅ Research & align with emerging trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔ Expertise in financial products, Canadian & U.S. GAAP, IFRS adoption
✔ PMP certification required; CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred
✔ Strategic planning & change management experience
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
