💼 We’re Hiring: IBM FTM Developer
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) |📌 Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Design and develop IBM FTM-based solutions
✔️ Collaborate with business analysts and testers to deliver quality features
✔️ Translate business requirements into technical solutions
✔️ Support integration, deployment, and production troubleshooting

Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with IBM FTM
✅ Solid understanding of payment systems (SWIFT, ISO 20022, ACH, Wire)
✅ Proficiency in Java/J2EE, IBM IIB/ACE, WebSphere, MQ Series
✅ Experience with relational databases (DB2/Oracle)
✅ Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSD, JSON
✅ Strong debugging and production support skills

Good to Have:
✨ Experience with IBM BAW/BPM tools
✨ Familiarity with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket
✨ Agile/Scrum experience
✨ Awareness of financial compliance and security standards
