Job Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM)
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support integration/system testing
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
Support deployment and production activities, including troubleshooting and bug fixing

Primary / Core Skills (Must Have):
Strong hands-on experience with IBM FTM (Financial Transaction Manager)
Understanding of payment flows, ISO 20022, SWIFT, ACH, or Wire Transfer processing
Proficient in Java / J2EE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / ACE, WebSphere, MQ Series
Experience in working with Relational Databases (DB2, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with XML, XSD, JSON, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in a production environment

Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or BPM tools
Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model and working in cross-functional teams
Good understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory considerations in the financial industry
