IBM FTM Application Senior QA

🚨 We’re Hiring: IBM FTM Application Senior QA
📍 Location: Remote, Canada

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and end-to-end testing activities for IBM FTM applications
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Support validation of custom application enhancements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Ensure testing quality, reporting consistency, and adherence to project standards

Required Skills:
• 8+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in IBM FTM (Financial Transaction Manager)
• Hands-on experience with IBM FTM for Corporate (FTM4C) and FTM v3 to v4 upgrade projects
• Strong experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and Defect Management
• Experience with Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Test Reporting
• Knowledge of Payment Systems, ISO 20022, SWIFT, Banking, and Financial Services is preferred
• Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar QA tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
