DESCRIPTION:

The HR Operations Coordinator role is an individual contributor that provides functional support, including, but not limited to, employee inquiry management, operational process and procedures, policy guidance, program guidance as well as data entry in Workday (HCM, LMS, Talent Modules), and Success Finder. The HR Operations Coordinator role interacts with employees, managers, candidates and vendors at all levels of the organization. At the core, this role is the primary contact on policy and programs for the organization.

 

As part of a diverse team, you will partner with the Shared Services, HRIS and Payroll team, along with other members from Talent, Talent Attraction Total Rewards, Business Partners. As a valued member you will learn from team members and provide support on people analytics, Workday, ServiceNow and Success Finder activities and tasks.

 

Responsible for learning operational activities related to Workday, including but not limited to setting up lessons, programs, campaigns, pathways, tracking attendance, notifications, reporting, monitoring learning compliance and follow up etc.Maintain work instructions on processesRespond to ad hoc report requests and identifies opportunities to automate reporting delivery where possibleAssist with responding to candidates, global employee/managers and team members on general inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, process, systems and initiatives.Assist with answering tickets within ServiceNow Case Management Tool to adhere to service level agreementsMaintain the privacy and confidentiality of people informationPerforms and prioritizes multiple tasks under time constraints with accuracyWorks with the team to maintain a balanced workload and service level agreements ensuring a cooperative working relationshipPerforms other duties as assigned by Senior Manager and Operations Director and contributes to other HR initiatives as neededREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum post-secondary educationCHRP – HR certificate – an assetAbility to manage, perform and prioritize multiple priorities under time constraints; perform detailed tasks with accuracy and minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) at all levels in the organizationClear process focused and well organized.Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.Customer service focused.
