I’m hiring for a permanent, full-time HR Business Partner opportunity in King City, ON. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, coaching leaders, navigating complex employee relations matters, and helping build strong people practices.
The ideal background includes:
✔️ 7+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist capacity
✔️ Strong employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching experience
✔️ Experience with WSIB, return-to-work, disability management, and workplace accommodations
✔️ HR policy development, training, and people-focused projects
✔️ Healthcare, veterinary, manufacturing, or another fast-paced operational environment would be an asset

📍 King City, ON, 5 days/week onsite
💰 $90,000–$105,000
📌 Permanent, full-time
