HR Transformation Lead

🌟 We’re looking for an HR Transformation Lead at Lifemark Health Group. 🌟

This is a key role that will help shape how our People & Culture function evolves as we prepare for a future Workday implementation.
This is much more than a process documentation role.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
🔹 Lead the Workday readiness roadmap
🔹 Transform and standardize core HR processes and controls
🔹 Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and scale HR operations
🔹 Explore responsible AI opportunities across recruitment and HR
🔹 Improve the employee and candidate experience
🔹 Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal and Operations
🔹 Help build the foundation for a more scalable, data-driven HR operating model

We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations, HR systems, process improvement or HR project leadership. Experience with Workday, HRIS implementations, process governance and recruitment technology is highly valued.

📍 Location: North York, ON
🏢 Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
