Position: HR & Payroll Coordinator
📍 Location: North York, ON (Hybrid Work Environment)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
💰 Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established organization in North York, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment while contributing to both payroll administration and HR support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle Canadian payroll in a timely and accurate manner using Dayforce.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Support onboarding, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle changes.
Handle HR documentation, including letters, contracts, and policy updates.
Respond to payroll and HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors where required.

Qualifications:
3–4 years of hands-on payroll experience in the Canadian market is a must.
Minimum 3 years of HR coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Dayforce experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of employment standards, payroll legislation, and HR best practices in Ontario.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling employee data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
