In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for employees and people managers, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle and supporting the successful delivery of global HR programs. 🎓 What We’re Looking For: – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field – 5+ years of progressive HR experience – Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-change environment – Knowledge of local labour laws and strong data management skills – CHRP or equivalent certification is a strong asset. 💼 What You’ll Do: – Provide consistent, accurate operational HR support and manage the full employee lifecycle – Leverage HRIS tools to deliver efficient, customer-focused services – Support global initiatives including talent management, performance, learning, compensation cycles, recruitment support, payroll, and benefits – Ensure all HR practices align with local employment legislation – Partner closely with leaders and HR teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience If you’re passionate about meaningful employee support and want to grow within a collaborative HR team, I’d love to connect. 📩 Feel free to reach out directly or share with your network!
