🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner | Toronto, ON | Onsite | Full-Time 🚨
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and people-first HR Business Partner to help shape the future of our team. Reporting directly to our Founder & CEO, this is a brand-new role offering a unique opportunity to build and lead HR programs from the ground up as we scale in 2025 and beyond.
📍 Location: Keele & Steeles, Toronto, ON (5 days/week onsite)
📅 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

🔍 About the Role:
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership and a key driver of our people strategy. With a current team of 40 employees and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about culture, performance, and development.
🧠 What You’ll Do:
Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
Drive performance management, coaching, and employee development
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws
Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, DEI, and compensation initiatives
Support change management and leadership development
Promote and embody our people-first culture and values
✅ What You Bring:
5+ years of progressive HR experience (2+ years as an HRBP or strategic advisor)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
CHRP/CHRL designation (or in progress) preferred
Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation
Exceptional communication, influencing, and coaching skills
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Ceridian)
Background in financial services is a strong asset
