Exciting Opportunity: Helpdesk / Technical Support(Financial domain)
Location: Scarborough – Hybrid
Contract Duration: 03/23/2026 to 03/22/2027 (12 months)
Possibility of extension: Yes

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
2) 1+ years of experience of phone customer support – preferably within the financial transactions space.
3) Experience probing and identifying customers ask – problem solving and analytical thinking demonstrated in recent project or position.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Prior banking FI experience.
• Experience with foreign currency orders (worked for an exchange bureau or currency exchange in the past).
• Experience with general ledgers, cash orders or any accounting skills would be an asset.
