We’re Hiring: Helpdesk and Monitoring Support
📍 Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
💼 Type: Full-Time

⚠️[ Note : Only Candidates holding Canadian PR / OWP / Citizenship will be considered ]

🔧 Key Responsibilities
– Provide Level 1 support post-Windows 11 deployment
– Troubleshoot hardware & software issues across desktop environments
– Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 11
– Maintain support documentation and knowledge base
– Conduct training sessions on Windows 11 features for users
– Collaborate across IT teams for efficient issue resolution
– Execute regular system updates and upgrades
– Collect and report user feedback to improve service quality

✅ Requirements
– Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS (especially Windows 11)
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
