Hardware Engineer

Procom is currently seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer for a full-time, 12-month onsite contract based in Ottawa, ON.

📍 Location: Ottawa, Ontario
📅 Duration: 12 Months
🕔 Schedule: Full-time | Onsite (5 days/week)

🔍 Key Skills Required:
• Proven experience designing RF circuits within the Radio Unit (RU) ecosystem and driving hardware to volume production
• Hands-on expertise in 4G/5G radio development and RU/subsystem architecture
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications and global spectrum/regulatory standards
• Strong grasp of DPD (Digital Pre-Distortion) and its impact across the RF chain
• High proficiency with RF lab equipment: VNAs, spectrum/signal analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.
• Skilled in Cadence Concept HDL/Allegro and RF simulation tools like ADS, AWR, MATLAB
