Hardware Asset Management Associate

currently hiring for a Hardware Asset Management Associate role with one of the leading insurance client in Canada on a 06-month contract with potential for extension and full-time opportunities!

📍 Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (3 days in office)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
✅ Minimum (3+) years of experience with IT software asset management, software licensing, software sales, software auditing firms, hardware asset management, procurement, or software purchasing.
✅ Knowledge managing and promoting data quality, integrity, and security of AMDB and CMDB repositories.
✅ Software & Hardware Lifecycle Management
✅ Decision making skills in the maintenance, automation, and integration of HAM and CMDB tools and supporting data sources (via inventory, discovery, procurement) Experience using industry SAM Tools such as ServiceNow (CMDB, SAM Pro/HAM Pro, ILMT, Flexera, Aspera, SNOW, BMC, HP, Manage Engine)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
✅ IT Asset Manager certification: Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional preferred
