Job Title: Guidewire QA
Location: Canada(Remote) (must work in PST hours)
Duration: Contract
Experience- 10+ years

Certification Required : Guidewire Cloud is desired (Billing Center or Cloud Center certification is also acceptable)

Must have skills*
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the domain of software testing
• Expert level experience in Guidewire – ClaimCenter version 9, PolicyCenter, JIRA, HPSM
• Experience with web services testing including REST API sync/async messaging

Good to have skills*
• Advanced knowledge of different testing techniques and hands on experience with
o API integration testing methodologies and patterns
o Functional and non-functional requirements validation
o End to End testingo Business acceptance testing
o System integration testingo Performance testing

Key responsibilities*
• Testing IAA, Impact Auto Auctions, applications, Guidewire Claim Centre, Guide Wire Policy Centre functionality and API integration between these
• Batch processes integration from IAA applications and ICBC finance, SAP, data warehouse
• Testing among and within each application will include:o Acceptance testingo Black box testingo End to End testingo Functional testingo Interactive testingo Integration testingo Performance testingo Regression testingo Non- functional testingo Unit testing
• Identify test objectives, develop and executes test plans
• Perform and coordinate integration, functional, regression and acceptance testing of software applications among the different teams:o ITT, integrated testing team,o Business stakeholderso ICBC Delivery teamso Third party development teams.
• Create manual test cases from acceptance test criteria and execute manual test cases as well as exploratory functional testing
• Run transactions through systems, validate data records and run regression testing.
