BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. is seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to support a leading Saskatchewan-based Property & Casualty Insurance organization on a strategic Guidewire BillingCenter Assessment initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with deep Guidewire BillingCenter expertise who can assess existing business processes, identify operational improvements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and deliver recommendations aligned with Guidewire best practices.

📍 Location: Regina, SK (Onsite Preferred) | Remote candidates must be based in Canada
📄 Employment Type: Contract (Strong possibility of extension)

We’re looking for professionals with:
✔ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
✔ Expert-level Guidewire BillingCenter experience
✔ Guidewire PolicyCenter & BillingCenter integrations
✔ Requirements elicitation and documentation
✔ Business process analysis & process improvement
✔ Root cause analysis & production issue resolution
✔ Current-state & future-state process mapping
✔ Agile & Waterfall delivery experience
✔ Workshop facilitation & stakeholder management
✔ Billing, payment, delinquency & reconciliation process expertise
✔ Canadian Property & Casualty Insurance experience (Preferred)
✔ CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification (Preferred)
