Key Responsibilities
• Manage Guidewire production backlog & enhancement initiatives
• Gather, validate, and document business & technical requirements
• Investigate and support production issue resolution
• Create epics, features, and user stories
• Ensure requirements alignment with testing & acceptance criteria
• Provide recommendations based on Guidewire best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance

Required Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
✅ 5+ years in requirements gathering, issue resolution & enhancements
✅ Proven experience working with Guidewire platform
✅ Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall delivery models

Ideal Candidate
⭐ Experience with Guidewire Cloud (especially BillingCenter)
⭐ Background in P&C insurance industry (Canada)
⭐ Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or Guidewire ACE
⭐ Strong skills in requirements elicitation, validation & documentation
⭐ Knowledge of InsurCloud environments
