Location: Onsite (Regina) or Remote (Canada)

🔍 Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in gathering business requirements, resolving production issues, and elaborating enhancements.
✅ Proven experience with Guidewire (expert-level experience is a strong asset).
✅ Knowledge of Guidewire InsureCloud for Canada is an asset.
✅ Experience in the Canadian Property & Casualty Insurance industry is a plus.
✅ Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or other industry-recognized designations are preferred.
✅ Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, JIRA documentation (epics, features, user stories), and validation processes.
✅ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall) and project management fundamentals.

💼 What You’ll Do:
Assist with Guidewire production backlog management and enhancement efforts.
Gather, validate, and document business requirements to resolve production issues and improve the platform.
Provide guidance and recommendations based on Guidewire best practices and past experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
