We’re looking for a Group Product Manager, CRM to own the strategy and roadmap for our CRM platforms supporting Commercial, Retail, and Business Banking. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and large‑scale delivery.

You’ll lead a team of Product Managers, partner closely with Engineering, Design, CRM vendors, and senior business stakeholders, and translate complex client journeys into prioritized, actionable backlogs. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder influence, agile leadership, data‑driven decision making, and a deep commitment to delivering secure, compliant, and intuitive digital experiences.
