We’re looking for a Global Data Manager to lead master data management (MDM), ensure data quality excellence, and oversee strategic initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Master Data Management:
Define and maintain global master data standards.
Develop a multi-year MDM strategy and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external solution providers.
📊 Data Quality & Governance:
Define and implement data quality strategies leveraging industry best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data quality.
Partner with leaders to address data governance and quality challenges.
👥 Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of MDM and data quality analysts.
Align team objectives with organizational priorities and foster collaboration.
📈 Master Data Oversight:
Act as the key decision-maker for MDM workflows.
Monitor and refine KPIs to ensure optimal master data quality.
🎯 What You Bring:
✅ 13–15+ years of experience in data management, MDM, data quality, and data governance.
✅ At least 5 years of experience as a Data Manager.
✅ Strong people management experience.
✅ Proficiency with MDM software (Informatica IDQ preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Dynamics 365).
✅ Expertise in database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
