Summary of responsibilities:

The General Manager, Screening Contracts and Operations Systems is the primary subject matter expert of CATSA’s Airport Screening Services Agreements (ASSAs) and is responsible for management of the Screening Contracts, Operations Services, Operations Systems and CATSA’s Restricted Area Identification Program (RAIC) teams. This role is responsible to provide oversight to various contracting and budgeting processes related to CATSA’s screening contracts, other contracts for goods and services, and provide business ownership and support to the various technology systems of the Operations Branch. The General Manager, Screening Contracts and Operations Systems performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

 

What you need to succeed

To qualify for the position, you must have:

Successful completion of a university degree with specialization specialty relevant to the duties of the position.Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in contract management of large dollar value contracts, including negotiations, budget monitoring and compliance, and invoice management.A minimum of five (5) years of management experience, including managing a multi-disciplinary team and providing leadership.
