We are looking for an experienced FX front office support professional to join a leading capital markets team in Toronto, ON.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for FX Front Office trading applications.
Support FX products including Spot, Forward, Swap, and Options.
Troubleshoot production issues related to trade capture, pricing, market data, and order execution.
Perform SQL-based data analysis and Unix/Linux troubleshooting.
Monitor production systems, support EOD/SOD activities, and perform release validations.
Work with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues.
Follow ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
Prepare RCA documents and maintain operational documentation.
🎯 Required Skills
Strong experience supporting FX Front Office Trading Applications
Knowledge of FX Products (Spot, Forward, Swap, Options)
Understanding of the Trade Lifecycle
Strong SQL and Unix/Linux skills
Shell Scripting
FIX Protocol & Market Data Feeds
ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
ITIL Processes
Excellent analytical and communication skills
