Job Title: Functional Tester – Insurance (Claims Management)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Note: Need 6+ years candidate with valid Canadian visa.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end functional testing of applications in the insurance claims domain (Property & Casualty).
Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them through resolution using defect management tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and validated.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Conduct regression testing and ensure application stability across releases.
Prepare test reports, status updates, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in Functional Testing.
Strong domain knowledge in Insurance Claims Management, especially Property & Casualty (P&C).
Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
Hands-on experience in:
Test case design and execution
Defect tracking and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
