This is not a general HR role — it is a technical-functional role that sits between HR, payroll, and IT, responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying the ADP GlobalView + eTIME modules for clients.

Job Description
• Assist in configuring ADP Enterprise eTIME module.
• Document business requirements and configuration decisions.
• Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules.
• Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities.
• Participate in client meetings and document requirements.
• Conduct UAT & Parallel testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare training materials and support user onboarding.
• Track project milestones/deliverables and escalate risks to the Project Manager.
• Monitor project timelines and provide status updates.
• Help deliver training and post-go-live support.
• Document configuration settings, workflows, and user guides.

• 2+ years of hands on experience of with ADP GlobalView and eTime implementation
