✅ What You Bring
5+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience
Strong Node.js and backend development chops
Experience working with SQL databases
Familiarity with AWS and serverless/cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of DevOps principles (you own what you ship)
Previous startup/scale-up experience (critical) – you know how to move fast and iterate
A product mindset – you think in customer outcomes, not just code
Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Based in Halifax/Maritimes or Toronto
💡 Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GraphQL
Functional programming concepts
React and UI/UX experience
Networking knowledge (ISP, infrastructure tools, etc.)
Strong GitHub or side project portfolio
