Contract Roles

NORAMTEC is seeking two experienced Full-Stack Software Developers with deep expertise in Oracle Siebel (2023) and related enterprise Oracle technologies. These consultants will play key roles in a major enterprise initiative, supporting design, development, integration, and Knowledge Transfer activities.

Technical Expertise Required
Oracle & Siebel
Extensive experience with Oracle Siebel 2023, UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ, CRM
Proficiency in Siebel Tools, workflows, scripting, Open UI, and Oracle DB performance optimization
Strong understanding of Siebel modules: Call Center, Sales, Service, Marketing
Experience with workflow automation, EAI integrations, and EIM data migration
Middleware & Infrastructure
Experience with WebLogic V12, WebSphere V9, Informatica V10 (configuration, customization, upgrades, patching)
Strong background in DevOps: Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, OpenShift
Hands-on experience with Git/GitOps workflows
Expertise in IaC (Terraform) and immutable infrastructure (Ansible, Packer)
Cloud & Performance
Experience with Azure cloud, load balancers, firewalls, storage management, and DR strategies
Performance tuning, capacity management, DB migration/upgrade
Familiarity with Java, J2EE, Node.js, Azure Functions, Serverless, event-driven systems, and Azure App Gateway
Mid-tier refresh experience using Docker, Ansible, Terraform in Azure

Support & Troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills across multiplatform environments
Support for pre-production and production environments (24/7/365)
Experience with system monitoring, performance analysis, and data integrity (ITIL standards)

Operations & Analysis
Background supporting enterprise IT and infrastructure projects
Incident & Change Management experience
Log analysis for troubleshooting and performance checks
Emergency problem resolution
Ability to produce ad-hoc reports and track resource usage
