Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails / Vue.js) to build, enhance, and support large-scale, external-facing web applications. These platforms serve millions of global users and require high availability, performance, scalability, and strong visual/branding awareness.

The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack expertise, experience leading distributed teams, and a proven ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments with a strong client-facing presence.

Required Experience

7+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails (backend) and Vue.js (frontend)
Experience working with high-traffic, enterprise-grade web applications
Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for content delivery, authentication, and third-party services.
Ensure SEO optimization, WCAG accessibility compliance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
DevOps & Quality

Work within SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Sprint-based delivery models.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Support unit testing and integration testing.
Maintain technical documentation for code, architecture, and deployment workflows.
Support & Operations

Provide L3 production support, including hyper-care support and incident resolution.
Proactively monitor application availability and performance.
Manage service SLAs, including uptime, incident response, and resolution timelines.
Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor developers and L2 support teams across multiple geographic regions.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and best practices.
Coordinate closely with Application, Platform, and Infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging user experiences.
Act as a strong client-facing resource, working directly with customers onsite or remotely.
