Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Legacy ASP.NET technologies and ReactJS to support and enhance enterprise-level applications. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, production support, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and ReactJS
Lead and mentor a team of developers and support engineers (8–10+ members)
Participate in hands-on development of complex modules
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Manage application SLAs, availability, and incident resolution
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure performance issues
Support CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and Sprint processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, functional teams, and stakeholders
Ensure smooth deployments and hyper-care support
