DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for timely completion of high quality, well designed and well architected systems that make appropriate use of technology in the Asset Management program This backfill role will provide support and delivery for our Core Trading and Compliance space.

Responsible for the timely completion of high quality, well designed and well architected systems that make appropriate use of technology.Write high quality unit testsCreate and / or validate technical design documentsResponsible for completion of an acceptable volume of work and for the communication of status of personal work plans and tasks required to design, develop, and test assigned portion of projects.Must be able to work independently/under minimal supervision and with others.Other duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:

5+ years design/development experienceSolid understanding of current development processes, standards and tooling is required. This includes, analysis and design techniques and tools, development techniques, integration patterns, testing approaches and deployment methods.Practical experience building high performance systems and services using the following technologies and techniques: C#, .Net Core, Web Services, APIs, Oracle, MS SQL, Cloud Development (AKS), Airflow, DBTExperience using CICD tools, Github, CloudBees, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, JiraStrong communication/customer service skills required for interactions with people of varying levels of technical expertiseCandidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.Good understanding of CRD, Cloud Integration and Astronomer is an asset
