(Onsite at multiple office locations – travel up to 150 miles)

🖥️ Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled FSO/Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on, onsite IT support across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with device imaging, Microsoft 365 support, and end-user troubleshooting in a corporate environment.

🛠️ Key Skills & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with Imaging processes using Autopilot, SCCM, and Intune
Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Support for Teams meeting rooms, AV equipment, and conferencing issues
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Network and Meeting Room Support
Working knowledge of macOS (Mac Operating System) and Windows environments
Onsite desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for end users
Ability to travel between office locations as required (up to 150 miles)

✅ Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Desktop / Field Support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
Valid ability to travel between multiple office locations
