Project Overview
Our client is driving innovation, efficiencies, and modernization across its organization by expanding the digital delivery of services. At the centre of this initiative is the Digital Design and Delivery Division (“3D”), a hub dedicated to human-centred design, agile methodology, and modern data practices.
To support this mission, we are seeking up to ten (10) Senior Front End Designers (Oracle) to join 3D on service innovation, program reviews, and digital transformation projects. These roles will be part of cross-functional teams, collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver user-friendly, accessible, and impactful digital services.

Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Front-End Designer, you will:
Deliver creative, evidence-based front-end design solutions aligned with corporate design standards.
Develop design artifacts across platforms and fidelities: prototypes, wireframes, component libraries, pattern libraries, style guides, and build-ready specifications.
Create and execute design research plans, usability test plans, and reports.
Provide recommendations to align stakeholders and ensure clarity in design decisions.
Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
Conduct accessibility analysis to ensure compliance with standards.
Support the evolution of project deliverables in response to emerging user, business, and technical needs.

Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Front End Designer, enhancing services via web and other digital platforms.
2+ years of experience developing UX artifacts (scenarios, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, etc.).
2+ years of experience working within a cross-functional Agile team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience building/maintaining component libraries or design systems.
2+ years of experience exploring and presenting multiple design solutions.
2+ years of production design experience for multiple devices (web, mobile, etc.).
2+ years of experience applying accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
2+ years of experience with design thinking methodologies.
2+ years of experience with front-end design applications (Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
2+ years of experience working as a Front-End Designer on public sector projects or in a central digital office environment.

Location & Work Conditions
Remote work within Canada.
Occasional site visits are required in Edmonton, Alberta.
Full-time (7.25 hours/day) across 2–3 projects simultaneously.
