✅ Top Requirements
5+ years as a BA in Finance Systems with experience in the insurance industry.
Strong grasp of insurance accounting principles, especially in relation to regulatory frameworks.
Proven SQL scripting skills and familiarity with ETL workflows.
Knowledge of Guidewire products and mainframe constructs.
Excellent communication skills with experience translating technical info for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
Experience creating user stories, process maps, data models, and data dictionaries.
