HIRING: Finance Analyst (JD Edwards Expertise) | Fully Remote | Short-term Contract

We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join a global leader in real estate services for a high-impact, 2-month project with strong potential for extension and permanent conversion.

If you enjoy the rhythm of accounts payable, the precision of invoice coding, and the flexibility of working from your home office, this is the role for you.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
You will apply cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to manage a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a fast-paced role where your technical skills in JDE will be the key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
JDE Management: Reviewing and coding invoices and checking statuses within the JDE environment.
AP Excellence: Submitting uploads for approval and ensuring vendor/client inquiries are handled with precision.
Financial Reporting: Preparing and delivering accurate financial reports for a high-profile portfolio.
Workflow Support: Monitoring generic mailboxes and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders.

✅ What You Bring
– Technical Must-Have: Solid experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and Microsoft Excel.
– Background: 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance-focused role.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
– Soft Skills: A customer-centric approach to vendor inquiries and the discipline to thrive in a 100% remote environment.
