Job Summary:
– A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Migration, and Data Quality Testing, with at least 2+ years in Cloud (Azure preferred) data testing.
– Strong understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing concepts to ensure robust data integration and storage.
– Expertise in SQL for converting transformation logic into executable tests.
– Proven experience in creating comprehensive test plans, test strategies, traceability matrices, and closure reports.
– Experience working in Agile environments, particularly with Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
– Proficiency in JIRA and JTMF for test management and defect tracking.
– Skilled in using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory for cloud data solutions.
– Experience in heterogeneous data validation, including DB to DB, file to DB, XML, JSON, and Mainframe file validation.
– Ability to create and manage Excel macros for data manipulation and reporting.
Good to Have:
– knowledge in creating and managing test data.
– Familiarity with automation tools like TOSCA DI for efficient ETL testing.
– Microsoft Azure certifications to validate expertise in cloud technologies.
– Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows.
– Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and automation
