Job Description
Responsibilities:
• As a Success Factors Employee Central Payroll System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will be responsible for support, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our Payroll Teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to oversee the successful implementation of system designs.
• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Ability to adapt well and perform in new competitive environment. Good team player, strong team orientation, hard worker and enthusiastic.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and demanding environment and meeting delivery timelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Requirements:
• 5 + years of SAP EC Payroll US and Canada implementation, development, testing and support experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Personnel Administration, Org. Management, Time Management, Payroll implementation, ERP integration and support is a must.
• Strong knowledge of P2P integration (Point to Point) replication, Employee Central Payroll, Delustering etc.
• Strong in USA payroll, legal knowledge, Vacation premium, CFDI, Social Insurance and other legal reporting knowledge is a must.
