Job Overview

This senior role is responsible for the planning, governance, and execution of data migration activities across multiple enterprise transformation initiatives.
These initiatives include, but are not limited to, SAP S/4HANA, Asset Suite 9, and ECC programs.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, deep business process knowledge across Finance, SCM, and EAM, and proven leadership in enterprise-scale data initiatives.
This role ensures that all technology and resource selections align with and enhance the broader enterprise data architecture and analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

The Data Migration Lead will shape and deliver data migration strategies for ERP, cloud, analytics, regulatory, and business platform migrations.
This includes early assessment, scope definition, and interdependency mapping across programs.
The role involves leading migration efforts across Finance, SCM, and EAM using industry-leading tools such as Collibra for data governance and Data Lake platforms for scalable staging and archival.
You will utilize ERP connectors and integration technologies to support data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and automated quality checks.
Collaboration with technology, infrastructure, and security teams is essential to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data movement across on-premise and cloud environments.

Solution Architecture & Reporting

Oversee advanced tooling to compare legacy and target systems, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
Dashboards and reports will be developed to provide transparency on migration progress, data quality, and go-live readiness.
Architectural designs must align with enterprise governance frameworks, analytics strategies, and future scalability requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies

Candidates must have 10+ years of data management experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale data migrations.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, data governance, integration tools, and enterprise analytics is required.
Success in cross-functional, high-stakes delivery environments is essential.

Certifications & Education

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required, with relevant SAP, data governance, cloud, and project management certifications highly valued.
