Job Description

Role: ERP Business Systems Analyst – Dynamics 365, ERP

Location: Toronto, ON

“Skills and Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations for Dynamics 365 Financials and Project Operations

•Be a key player in the planning and execution of data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and integrity and accuracy of data transferred from Oracle ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365

•Assisting with the design and implementation of effective training programs for end-users, promoting user adoption and proficiency with the new systems.

•Help develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional design documents, requirements/user stories, test plans, and deployment strategies.

•Serve as a liaison between the business units and IT, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

•Providing support to the project team (Program and Project Manager, Principal Consultant, Solution Consultant, other BSA, Development and Testing teams)

•Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and best practices, continuously improving system functionality and business processes.”
