About the job
As an Enterprise Architect, you will have the opportunity to work in Enterprise Architecture team which is responsible for delivering technology portfolio management to the IT groups. In this role you will be responsible for the process improvement and user story creation, managing technology classification and registration tasks and coordination required to successfully implement the technology governance. The role will coordinate, develop, and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished on time. Your role will stablish the foundation and information that will help perpetually drive those improvements. This includes the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle for technology portfolio management and tooling integration. You will also be developing and supporting the Tableau dashboard to improve the accuracy of the data quality.

 

What Will You Do?

This role will be involved in all aspects of the technology portfolio management, architecture standard development and related program lifecycle including analyze, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.

 

Work closely with the product owners, architects, developers and other stake holders in agile methodology.Document the user stories, process workflow, control procedures and user guidance. Identify areas of opportunity and conduct analysis to recommend gap closures; improve efficiency and effectiveness of tech governance processes.Classify new and existing technologies based on their capabilities, understand the technical requirement and use cases from the stake holders.Coordinate communications and meetings with Workbench, Technology Owners to process new technology registration, and other management tasks.Work with the requester and reviewer to process all technology exemptionsIdentify data quality rules, required to keep Tech Inventory as a reliable source of data.Develop/maintain Tableau dashboard, monitor and maintain a high quality of the data quality.Manage the Workbench and Technology verification cycles; provide user support in documentation, user inquiries, training sessions, etc.Conduct demos/user sessions to build a community of knowledge and engaged stakeholdersEnsure that project activities are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budgets.

 

 

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must have:

 

Degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related majors.Ability to facilitate meetings with technology owners and influence key decision makersUnderstanding of the Enterprise Architecture methodologies and practices.A broad understanding of the technology landscape, ability to classify technologies with its capabilities.Solid experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration. A broad understanding of the technology landscape, ability to classify technologies with its capabilities.Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with “can-do” spirit.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and a passion to apply it in a dynamic and highly performing work environment, multitasker.Ability to facilitate meetings with technology owners and influence key decision makersUnderstanding of the Enterprise Architecture methodologies and practices.Solid experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration.Ability to translate the process requirements to the technical specifications.Excellent analysis, trouble shooting, and documentation skills.Support the technical environments throughout the project phases.Ability to drive and maintain standardization of processes all across application, technology and solutions governance teams.Ability to learn new technologies and portfolio management framework, quickly and apply new knowledges.Attention to detail and accuracy.
