Role: Endpoint Device Analyst
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick(Remote)
Must Haves:
Demonstrated experience working with Endpoint device deployments within Healthcare environments, showcasing a strong understanding of the Healthcare landscape, policies, and practices.
Demonstrated experience with desktop imaging, application packaging, and remote troubleshooting tools for performance measurement and improvement.
5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting Windows and Thin Client endpoints, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Demonstrated experience working with Endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM, Intune, or equivalent).
Candidate must demonstrate bilingualism in French and English (Written and verbal), able to lead engagement, communications, requirement sessions, and training initiatives in both languages.
