Job Title: Endpoint Deployment Specialist (Contract – 3 Months)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

About the Role:
We are seeking 4 skilled Endpoint Deployment Specialists to support a major Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiative across all locations. This is a great short-term opportunity to make an impact on a high-profile public-sector transformation.
Responsibilities:
Configure, image, and deploy Windows 11 laptops, desktops, and iOS devices
Perform software installations, updates, and patching for Windows and iOS environments
Troubleshoot hardware issues for both Windows and iOS devices
Utilize MDM tools (such as Intune or JAMF) to manage iOS devices
Collaborate with IT teams to support deployment timelines and resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Windows imaging and deployment
Minimum 3 years’ experience with iOS configuration and deployment
Proven experience with software patching and installations
Strong hardware troubleshooting background for Windows and iOS
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have:
Previous experience working in the public sector or transit industry
Work Environment:
Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 2 days/week onsite
Some weeks may require additional onsite presence
