Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) professional with a passion for crafting robust technical architectures and driving seamless integrations? Join our team in Toronto as a Dynamics 365 Technical Integration Architect and help us deliver cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

What You’ll Do
Lead technical design and solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) projects.
Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Facilitate solution design sessions and oversee development, deployment, and integration.
Architect and implement integrations using middleware tools (preferably MuleSoft) and Azure services.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices in DevOps and cloud platforms.
Lead technical delivery, pre-sales engagements, and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Support data migrations and reporting architecture using SSRS, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory.

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Service modules).
Expertise in integrations via APIs (REST, ODATA, WebAPI), SSIS packages, and middleware tools.
Hands-on with C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and PCF Controls.
Knowledge of Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
Experience with on-premises and online Dynamics 365 implementations.
Data migration skills with analysis, mapping, and harmonization techniques.
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools for CRM systems.

Nice-to-Have
Exposure to financial services or banking domain.
Familiarity with the latest Dynamics 365 features like Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customizations).
