Job description:-
Providing day-to-day support to users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE
Troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Assisting in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365, Customer Engagement (CE) , including Finance, Supply Chain.
Performing regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
Developing and maintaining user documentation, knowledge base articles, and system procedures.
Working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
Collaborating with developers and technical teams to address system customizations or integrations.
Providing regular status updates to management, including any issues, enhancements, and system performance metrics.
Supporting system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 CE , ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions
